I am interested in the impact of noise in the marine environment. Specifically, in my graduate research, I will focus on comparing deep and shallow-water soundscapes in the Atlantic ocean. To accomplish this I will use passive acoustic technology to record and analyze biological, geophysical, and anthropogenic ambient noise
