Dam Removal Science Coordination
Coordinate ’till it hurts! Laurel Genzoli and Desiree Tullos have been contributing to science coordination among the many researchers working in the basin. In addition to participating in and presenting at regular calls, this effort involved playing key roles in organizing the Klamath Dam Removal Science Workshop, held January 2023 in Arcata, CA. This workshop brought together over 100 scientists, students, and other interested parties to coordinate science, elevate tribal voices, and make plans for addressing science gaps.
